bros 400 spark plugs

hi i decided to do some work on my 400 bros last night and decided to start by checking and cleaning the plugs, however does anyone know how to get the plug that is sunken right down in the head on the left hand side?

also the bolt by the clocks/handlebars that holds the tankn in place, what is screwed to the bottom of that bolt? cos i snapped it Sad

You need the genuine plug spanner, a 3/8ths universal joint, 12mm 3/8ths socket, 3/8ths extension and a 3/8ths ratchet.
