Has anyone fitted these to there 1999 GSXR600 ? I have a pair but do not know if i am looking at the correct bolt to remove from the bike. Any tips would be great.

how did you get the bolt out ? it looks like it needs and alan key on mine is this the same with yours ?

The bolt you remove from the bike is a 6mm Allen key, and the crash bung goes in with a 17mm head bolt (provided with bung)

at least that's what my pal sat next to me remembers.

My bolts were in so hard the allen key snapped in half while putting strain on it !

I couldn't get the bolts out with an allen key so got a 6mm allen key socket from Halfords, they are only a few quid.

Made it 10 times easier! Thumbs Up
