Shed Alarms

Anybody use an shed alarms? Was thinking about maybe getting an alarm for the shed. My bike is anchored, but....

Was thinking about either getting an alarm for the bike or for the shed. Dont want to spend a fortune by getting a CAT1 alarm, but wouldn't mind that extra bit of security.

I have one in the shed... don't know what make, but it wouldn't have been expensive as it works in such a simple way... just a piece of string tied to a pin that plugs into the alarm, and the end of the string is looped around a nail on the back of the shed door.. so when door opens it pulls the pin out of the alarm, setting it off... worth it for the added piece of mind. its got enough slack in the string so that you can open the door about 5-6 inches before it pulls the pin out, so a big enough gap to put hand in and unhook it from the nail and hook it onto the nail Thumbs Up

if you can get electric into the shed then a house alarm does the trick! you can also get one for £40 from argos!
Better than a battery one!
