in need of some help , my nephew has a derbi senda 50cc his crank bearing broke and his dad took the whole thing to bits including gearbox we are unable to rebuild as we are unsure of how it goes back together can anyone help please

Without the manual you are going to have to search the net for Senda maintenance.

I don't know if this will help, but have you tried https://www.derbi-club.com, specifically the technical page here?

If not there's a forum section on there where maybe able to get more info.

FYI just had a look at the manual6speed.pdf document.
Gives info on complete strip of clutch and gears as well as other maintenance. It does say to use the special tools but then manuals like this always do to cover the manufacturer from someone making a pigs ear out of it.

yea have a look at the 6 speed manual if your still stuck them pm me as iv jus stripped mine down yesterday n im doing another today
