Dont get me wrong, im not an eejit, even though i had to take off ALL my front fairing and 'bend' the bastard into shape myself to get the curve (its a design 'trick' i think, set it flat, and send it to us too wide so you have to squeeze it to get it to fit... and presto huge curve) but its no where near as flush.

Theres gaps of around 3 mm at several points around it, mainly underneath it around the trim. In fact you can actually see some daylight if you look at the right angle through it Crying or Very sad

Its an air blade double bubble screen which was made for my exact model, before anyone says that ( Tut Tut )

I mean im leaving it on as it really does make it look alot better, and you can tell its better to tuck in behind (still decommissioned due to sump Crying or Very sad so i cant test the theory), but id like to make it a bit more snug maybe with some black rubber or something... ?

Anyone had the same problem with aftermarket screens? How did you sort it?

No, tbh. When I was looking at double-bubble screens, I had a look round the shops and noticed that the finish on the trailing edge of some screens was quite rough - not very impressive considering the prices asked for a bit of plastic Rolling Eyes Thumbs Down

I ended up buying an Ermax screen, having seen a few "out and about" and being impressed with the fit and finish. The one I got (for a gsxr600 k3) fitted perfectly, no adjustment or force required Thumbs Up

Obviously this is no help to you BR, but if anybody out there reading this is in the market for a DB screen, then IMO you could do worse than buy one from Ermax Thumbs Up

Mine cost me £15 quid including postage... was brand new and unused, just had one locating (not even mounting) lug hole broke... Bothered Razz

Just like to know what amendments can be made without killing it... or too much effort. Will by a screen trim thing (matte naturally, im nay a tart) to tidy up the, as you put, unfinished edge. But its around the actual fairing that its being let down.
