I just wanted to pick your brains about this because the bike shop is an hour of city riding away and they don't speak English plus my mechanical knowlege is lame.
The last few days I have noticed that some suspension fluid has been leaking out of the left front fork on my cb 400. As you can see in the pic it's leaking over the rubber rim. I'm guessing it's some kind of seal problem.
Any info would be great.

I have rear showa shocks which have adjustable dials on the top, I'm guessing they adjust the hardness of the suspension has any1 ever played around with them, if so what is the best setting.

You need to replace the fork seals.

The rear suspension is adjustable... I would have a gander at this:
