I don't thing there is that much between them really. Personally i would go for the cheetah one simply because it 'looks' to be a better product
As to whether you would hear the internal over the external alarm? Again i doubt there will be any difference... they will both be loud!
A word of warning though before getting an alarm - don't forget you may need to get a battery trickle charger as alarms will quickly drain a motorcycle's relatively small battery if not used for a couple of weeks. |

I took a risk and got a Cheetah alarm.
It does what it says on the tin.
On that basis I'd recommend it.
