Specs are; 1991 RGV250M, Huxley pipes, kit ignition, total loss electrics with lightened flywheel, straight plug heads with TZ combustion chamber, kit spec barrels, ported and flowed running an O ring head gasket conversion, modified reed cages, kit spec carbs, open airbox with cold air feed, Ohlins rear shocker, maxton front forks, gsxr600 front calipers, braided lines, custom made aluminium subframe, sprint steering damper. More dents than a very dented thing. rear wheel horsepower is 70+ ponies.

Looks like shite but does the job nicely! Smile

Tidy m8... I got one of them in my garage but its a lot messier (even more so since it was involved in a 'racing incident') but it has a well tuned 350lc lump in it..

Atm I've never been on a track in my life. The TZR or my MZ 250 will be the first to enter some bemsee rounds next year.

I should also be doing a track day next month aswell.

That is a nice TZR, those 350 lumps don't half shift.

I'm always amazed the extents racers go to to get the racing edge. Removing chokes, kick start mechs, drilling holes in casings etc.

Who do you race with? Didn't think you could put an rd lump in a tzr in the YPM?

Hi well the tzr is raced in forgotten era where basically anything older than 1989 can race.

The holes etc in the motor are due to the dry clutch as it is a tz350 bottom end, and there is of course no kickstart fitted to them.

I remove a lot of stuff, the whole kickstart mechanism weighs a ton, the bike doesnt need choke to start so theres less clutter plus I made a lot of stuff in alloy to cut down on the weight!

Cheers
Paul
