i have recently invested in a Gilera DNA 125cc, i just wanted to know if anyone knows how to derestrict the speed on it, regardless of price end effort, and without buying a faster bike or replacing the engine etc ya know what i mean. if you could get back to me as soon as that would be fantastic, thank you X

I'm not sure about those bikes but have you tried the search button? I'm sure someone will have asked the same question before.

Just another quick suggestion. "Help" isn't really a good title for a post. There must be hundreds of posts with this title, much the same as there are hundreds of "Hello" posts in the main forum.

It is a good idea to mention the type of bike and the problem you are having with it.

A good title for your post would have been something like:

"De-restricting Gilera DNA 125?"

This means that someone who is looking through the workshop section that knows how to derestrict a Gilera DNA is a lot more likley to read your post.

Gilera DNA 125s can not be derestricted due to the fact that it is a four stroke engine. 14.6bhp is the most you will get. It is not restricted in the first place.

There is literally nothing you can do to possibly improve it, a new exhaust will do nothing, best bet is to improve the gearing side, rollers pulleys etc.

But im sure someone will have some helpful tips.
