Toothpaste is a very mild abrasive. Used by some people making model aircraft to polish out scratches from the canopies.

All the best

T-Cut or Duraglit.......... i've used T-cut on my reg plate too, i got a very deep sratch across it so i flatted it out with wet n dry then polished it back up using T-Cut. I also used it on the plastic side windows in one of our riot buses at work coz i couldn't see out of the drivers window, worked a treat.

On a side note, toothpaste is one of the best things you can put on a burn! Takes the heat right out. Found this one out a few years ago when i pretty much covered my arm in hot oil, called the hospital, first thing they told me, loads of toothpaste then wrap it in cling film!

Not a sign of a scar and my arm smelt minty fresh!!!

Just thought I'd share

Oh, it cleans teeth too! Hooray for the toothpaste!
