My bike does top of 80mph with an arrow what is wrong i thought it would do 100mph. but another prob is when i get into 5th it just has a flat spot and i dont no y any ideas?

thats because its a european import with a resistricted CDI 80mph is all you will get with out that little magic box alians (french guy) makes which apprently gets past the resistriction.
