I just got a 125, but I still have my 50, which is restricted to the 30mph (yawn...). The thing is, when I ride in the wet/the bike has been rained on, the speed will not go above about 26mph, but if I go down a hill, the speed will rocket up to about 50mph if it has time, and won't slow down unless I let it after the hill. This only happens in wet weather. It's not a particularly bad thing, I just wondered!

Did I say it wrong? It brakes just as any other bike would, as it does normally, and I can control the speed as per normal if I want to, it just speeds up if I let it!
