Well after umming n ahh'ing i decided to hold onto my mito until ive done my test so im in the process of tarting it up and treating it....

its gettin new tyres front n rear new brake pads, new wheel bearings... new fork seals..,seat recovered, wheels repainting, a lucky explorer body kit the exhaust has been re finished.... n a few other little jobs here n there.... i started to scrub up the rear hangers then made the mistake of giving them a little polish n that..... then i went over the top Rolling Eyes

not a p[erfect polished finish but good enough to satisfy me Cool

I love polishing up ally, you start off with some mank looking bit and after a few hours of elbow grease you end up with a nice shiny bit, the satisfaction Mr. Green

Look if your gonna slag me off do it in FFW...... i never looked under the fairings and to be honest im glad i didnt sell it as i didnt realise what it was like under the fairings..... also the polishing is a little extra just for tart value you knew about the tyres the wheel paint and the rear brake pads... the wheel bearings im doing just because im in there, and the fork seals i didnt notice needed changing until recently.... so dont start slagging me off for no reason....

I don't think anyones slagging you off.
I said I like shiny bits and it gives satisfaction.
He said glad he didn't buy it.

Now, if I call you a cunt that could very well be classed as slagging you off. Laughing
I used the above as an example Thumbs Up

Ok bikes back together And its looking pretty good now, but the drain bolt/main jet holder in the carb dropped out when i was doing about 50 ish n dumped fuel all over the road Laughing seems like the guy who had it before had snapped it and glued it in place Rolling Eyes

o well it looks good now tho

From the green tatty look to the tidy lucky explorer colours not bad for a weeks worth of work (about 2 hours a night) and £180 inc paint and tyres n bearings.. Its got some nice BT45's on there now
