Can Some1 Edit This Pic?

Hey, sorry for the post... but could some1 edit this pic for me, in photoshop or something. I would do it myself but I've leant my copy of photoshop to my mate, basically, i need to make it sorta transparent so that i can print it on to any coloured paper without leaving an outline.

Thanx if any1 can, would be much appreciated!

well like the picture background at the moment is white, and when its printed onto any colour except white, theres a block of white around the R1. I can't have that clock coz it just looks silly, i dont mind if the pic is edge faded to resolve the white block thing.
