Hi,

Next week, My insurance runs out. It also signifies a year of having no insurance claims. Thats a good thing - because I should then have an NCB.

Motorcycle Direct have asked if I can prove my NCB - how can I do this?

MCE's renewal notice specifies nothing about it.

My concern is, I added the GPZ500S onto my existing MCE policy in October, but the GN125 is still on it. I'm worried they fucked up and took the GN125 off of the policy (against my specific instructions not to, if they did do this). This would mean 2 things: a) I don't have an NCB? b) I've been riding my GN125 without insurance for the last 6 months.

Both of those points make me less than happy.

I still have all the documentation for the GN125's insurance, and was never asked to send it back.

Ring up your current insurance company and ask them to send proof of your NCB. They will then send you a letter stating how many years NCB you have which you can send to your new insurer. Thumbs Up

Normally the renewal notice from your current insurer mentions the ncb. As yours doesn't tell MC Direct who you are insured with, they will sort it out I'm sure.

Did your renewal contain an insurance certificate/schedule that would come into effect if you actually renewed? One of those things may indicate your NCD.
