This is the same bike crash thats been shown a couple of times however this video is longer and has a few more interesting angles. Frightening stuff the slow motion at the end with the matrix-esque bikes flying through the air.

As for the car driver - you can see that his wheels were completely locked which explains the speed he hit them at - was probably pounding down the road well over a ton with the bikes going at most 30 mph.

Hang the bastard.
