I bought some new air horns about 6 months ago. The FIM dual ones. Anyway i thought i may put them on my bike but the question is where the fuck?

I haven't got a clue where to put them. Any advice on the best possible place will be awarded a cookie.

Bike is a ZX6R. Thumbs Up

Forget them get one of these HERE these are louder than airhorns. Word of warning 'DON'T TRY IT IN THE GARAGE, IT WILL HURT!' I know someone that did and his ears were ringing for a couple of days after. Shocked

I'm pretty sure the legal limit is a fair bit below that... isn't that sort of level the sort of thing that can cause permanent hearing loss Confused.

The Nautilus horn is awesomely loud - my motorcycle instructor had it installed on his bandit purely because the standard one was too quiet to warn traffic of a caravan of learners. It's quite large and protrudes a bit so if you have a fairing, try and conceal the horn to make it covert.

I saw one on an R1 at the easter egg run. He had it fitted below the seat between the undertray and his hugger, think it was barcketed (is that a word?) to his pillion hangers!

good luck Thumbs Up
