Nope, Jeanette's NC30's is in the back garden as it is! I'd have to trade in the 750 anyway though - I don't think I need four sports bikes to myself Laughing

Gorgeous bike there Silver!

Don't really like the look of the exhaust personally, but the rest is gorgeous and you can always whack a performance one on. Thumbs Up

Blimey, that sounds cheap!

Out of interest, is it organised through the manafacturer?

How can people justify paying £9000 on a bike unless you're going to be using it every day? You see these power rangers with 05 gixxer thous who probably only take them out May-September. Confused

I think we can assume that Silver will be using it more than the average show off. Razz

Nah, just an online quote from H&R, who are my current insurer. It's about the same as I currently pay on the 750 but I know some insurers have the 750 and the 1000 as the same group anyway.

It's all relative I think. If you're minted (not that I am) then £9k is not very much to spend on a toy - think of the people that buy yachts or spent £40k on a motorhome that they use three times a year.

Mate, do it Thumbs Up

Fantastic bikes by all accounts. If I was looking for a 1k bike now then it would definately be the Gixxer. And keep the standard can - looks much better than the Yoshi.

The plain balck k51000 looks ace, would consider the 600 if they did it in that design.

Wasnt my fault i tell ya,

TBH gixxer1000 would be a fun choice
but what i dont like, is the whats after this ?
theres no upgrade from it
you could say a busa, but there fat and handle like toilets with wheels, not as fun as a gixxer1000

I'm more concerned that you know what riding a toilet with wheels is like. Flush injected? Plunger start? Laughing

I bet it is "shit" and goes like stink. Cool

That's probably a good thing. Means I might keep it longer than 5 minutes! Laughing

Anyway, there's always the K6...
