Bootless!!!

Hey has anyone every had any problems with J & S accessories in New Malden?

I've just got back from there, i took my boots back i bought last november cos they had lil split on the sole and gear change pad. I phoned up prior to tody and was told they'd swap the boots over so i thought cool ok its my day off i'll shoot down there.

I showed the guy at the shop and he said they had to be sent away to be inspected by the manufacturer which could take couple weeks, and they may repair them or gimme new boots. Now personally i think if it just gets reglued it'll just come open again! Luckily enough i bought trainers in my bag otherwise i'd had to have gone home and come back another day to deliver the old boots. Felt really weird riding in trainers, think only my seond time i've not ridden in boots! So now i'm bootless unless i can find my old, old ones, i hope haven't thrown em out!

when the zip broke on boots from J & S accessories in New Malden a day after l brought them l took them back and got them exchanged on the spot, l,ve always had good service there.

well up until then i've had good service, and bought most my gear there because of it. but thats peed me off, as well the guy seemed like he couldn't really be arsed at all, bad customer service

M&P had my boots for most of a summer because they'd sent them off to A* in Italy. Think they thought i'd have a spare pair kicking around.....

I've had nothing short of superb service from J&S in Northwich , i messed them about over a 2 day period whilst searching for leathers and they had all the time in the world to help. I took back a visor insert which was crap and they changed it with NO hassle.
