my NSR has 2000m on the clock, how many miles before it needs a service and what does the service entail, everything is fine at the minute, chain, sprockets, brakes etc. And also how many mles do you think an nsr could do if looked after well before its going to give up and die

I had mine for 6000 miles and never sent it to a garage for a service. I changed the plugs and gearbox oil every 2500 miles, and anything else when needed. Much cheaper this way. Total mileage is 11,800 and the engine is as strong as it was when I bought it.
