Just get one of these stickers for it. Spend nothing else on cleaning again Wink

Contains salt leading to rust problems & also removes any wax you may have on the bike. Do NOT use dish soap...

The order is:
Soapy water
Pure water from a hose/wateringcan to rinse it off
Wax

Fail to understand how he is washing off the wax doing this? Thinking

save your brake fluid if you change it, its great for removing all sorts of crap but keep it away form paint as its hell of a corossive.

its cool that most of my bike is alloy so it may get dirty but not rust.

Until you realise that the alloy engine block is painted over with some crappy paint which proceeds to bubble, flake off and look generally crap. Rolling Eyes At least I can provide a warning to anyone thinking of buying a chinese bike. Neutral

Ok, lets straigten this out...
assume you have a brand spanking new bike, never been out on thr road, ya wax the thing when ya get it home that first time.
Now you have a layer of wax protecting the paint
Later the bike gets dirty so ya decide to wash it, now bear in mind that the dirt isn't on the paint, it's on top of the wax..
So ya wash it with the correct automotive soap & the dirt comes off, the wax stays on. No need to wax the bike, maybe just a spritz with instant detailer & a duster.
Next time it needs cleaning ya just spritz it with instant detailer again, no need for water & no need for wax... etc etc etc...

Or you could just wash all the wax off thats protecting the paint every time you clean the bike & then have to start all over again...

ain't had to wash my bike in 73,000miles/ 6 years... & it's spotless..

did get a bit dirty on the 2 days it rained while I was out tho..
