You do not have to quote the entire conversation to get your point across, usually just quoting the sentence you are replying to is enough.

What's this bollocks stopping me from posting? I don't care about nested quotes Razz If I'm too lazy to not remove them then I won't remove them, can't the quote thing be sorted like Visordown where it only grabs the post you're quoting rather than the whole post? if that makes sense.

If you're too lazy to remove them, we're certainly too lazy to read them.

It doesn't make any difference, it's 100% clear what the latest quote is. if I can manage to ignore the previous nested bit then surely you lot can too? Rolling Eyes

Does this mean everyone else suggesting helpful ideas which could make the board nicer to use should get a life? Rolling Eyes

How is it a helpful idea?

You could post nested quotes ages ago. In long threads it resulted in huge nested quotes making them hard to read. That is why you can't post nested quotes. Happy?

Hi

Thought it did allow nested quotes, but asked if you really wanted them and hammered your karma for it. Fairly good solution as it discourages it but still means you can use them when necessary.

All the best
