My thundercat is for sale, what are the best options, free or pay, that I can advertise it in? I have it for sale in here, visordown, free local adds, and bike26.com. Don't like ebay to much, there are a few on there that are not shifting at all. Autotrader/MCN are last choices simply because of the costs.

Anymore?

P.S. Here it is

MCN and bike trader are expensive because they sell bikes quickly! mine went on the net last night and have already had three calls!

Bite the bullet and get your wallet out if you want to sell your bike quickly!

biketrader are doing 2 weeks on the website for £15

I bought my Kawasaki from here on Exchange and Mart.

But I had no joy at all selling my CG 125.

I placed my advert in the Free Ads , www.freeads.co.uk, you can advertise for free and your ad is on the web and also in those yellow newspapers that cost a quid.

Ohh it sold straight away on that.

i would say ebay, people pay stupid money at the moment for some stuff.

i saw a zrx400 with 50,000kms getting loads of bids, ffs even google had a hard time finding info on it how hard is it going to get parts for the shagged engine.

Ebay you have to get at least two people that are convinced your bike is a bargain to bid against each other.

www.adtrader.co.uk
www.loot.com
are both free.

I would go for biketrader, but consider spending that bit extra to get an add in the paper.

Visordown has quite a big population, but I've got a feeling you're on there anyway?

Not necessary.

All you need is a friend with an ebay account. Laughing Wink
