Just out of interest. By Tank pad, do you mean the big rubber sticker thing what stops your zip scratching your fuel tank?

If so, then the look cool if they are subtle.

If you are on about the carbon fibre dots what people put along their tank in line with where their legs sit, Then i think they look so shite and tackey!
