They truely are ugly. Fixed a few cracks in the fairings today, then bolted them on, changed the right exahaust gasket. Just need to get a new needle for one of the carbs, fit the chain, mirrors, change rear caliper, sort electrics and it'll be ready for its MOT.

Agreed, but if I start doing things like that I'll start wanting to do things like put new fairings on because these are so goddamn ugly.

So I'll just get it roadworthy, rag it around for a bit, then either race prep it or sell it.

Probably the latter.

Good stuff. Thumbs Up

Was having a read through your web site earlier about the entire project, its a good read. Done a nice job on the bike as well, considering the state it was when it arrived. Lets just hope the motor purrs once the carb is sorted.

How do you manage to get these bargains? I want one! Laughing

I think I've sourced the parts for the carb, it may all go tits up and the engine will be buggered.

That'd be a kick in the nuts.

If it runs sweet as a nut I may get a respray done.
