I think most country's will allow them on the road, aslong as they have a number plate, lights, indicators, rear brake light ect ect.

I know they are legal here, so i would imagine its the same for just about everywhere else.

Yeah they are legal in the uk and you don't even have to wear a Lid, you just need to add the parts Looney mentioned Shocked

I wouldnt chance it though... you have the vounerability of being on a motorbike... you may have four wheels, but you dont have that rather large cage around you to "save" you if you have an accident... like cars.
