I use my bike to commute at the moment so i need something that will be good in the wet as well as dry, and im not massivly fussed about price. I do want a good tread pattern though.

I have seen a few but i dont think they do them small enough. Its for an ns125r with sizes 3.50x18 and 3.25x16.

Any sugestions

I always used to use Pirelli MT65 tyres on my smaller bikes. They are fine in the wet and reasonably inexpensive. Not the worlds stickiest sports tyres, more a sports/commuter type thing but they have a proper rounded profile unlike a lot of the 'small bike' tyres you get for 125s.

Others will probably think this is so last century but they did me well for years, I even ran some on my 60bhp 350 powervalve at one point and they coped ok with that.

They have been superseded by 014's (which incidentally are quite nice) Razz

I'd go for BT45's, thats what I had on my NSR, they seemed very well suited to the bike.

Bridgestone BT45s are good tyres. If they make them in the right size go for them. Dual compound gives you long life whilst retaining cornering capabilities and good in the wet. Thumbs Up

He means bridgestone battlax 010's. theres a few varieties like 012's, 020's, 014's.

Im on my second set of 014's and find them to be absolutely wonderful in all conditions. Very confidence inspiring!

Other than that Ive a michelin pilot on the fron when I first got the bike, and I didnt like it. Ive also had an AVON on the rear, that was absolutely bollox - I think they should stick to making cosmetics!

has anyone got the BT-090 i'm looking at getting them but not sure how good they are? The tyres i have at the moment leave me with little/no confidence in the wet, especially when cornering, and they need changed anyway!

Thanks
Mark
