Brake disc bobbins

Having looked at the brakes on my bike yesterday I noticed there was a washer missing on one of the bobbins on my front disc. However having had a closer look tonight it would seem the inside rim of the bobbin is also bent.
Is it possible to replace the bobbins on a floating disc?
