arrrgh wont let me book my bike theory online did the same last night too it says "session expired" whenever i try and do it. could it be cause it 00:45 in the morning or are they available to book 24 hours?

Theory test
You can normally book a theory test online between 6.30am and 10.30pm on weekdays and between 8am and 5pm on Saturdays.
