right i own an rs 125 V reg my friend has just bought an X reg rs 125 of his friend for 900 quid , just needs a gearbox
anyway , his other mate is selling another X reg for 500 quid! but the engine has gone on it
is it worth me and my mate going halfs, like 250 each as he can get an engine for 300
so where thinking about gettin it doing it up selling it on making a tidy profit
what u all think for the money is it worth it?

Not sure on going halves really, are you going to share all the costs and the work load?

Wouldn't want to be in that position if you had a 'falling out'.

Because whilst the subject line "a new bike" got my attention enough to open the post, the first line was enough information for me to decide it wasn't interesting enough to carry on.

i wouldd't go halves but if it's a straight engine swap or top end, thn £500 is very good. make sure you know what your doing
