Hi,

Yet another question about my F***ing power valve! I yet again tried to take it out ntoday, and its loser then it was before. I managed to get it out about 2 or 3cms. But thats it. It not budging any further then that and i cant rotate it 180 degrees because my exhaust is in the way!!

Anyone got any idea?

Cheers

Use lots of wd40 and wiggle it, it'll come out eventually.

Hi

Just push the valve back in and pull it out again. Repeat until it comes out (with your description of the distance you are almost there).

Once the blade is out you can turn it through 180 degrees in the housing.

All the best

Keith
