Does it go faster than 112.5mph?

If so I think there's no restriction, other than TR (timing retardation), but that's not a restriction as such, it's to make the power more managable.

If it does cut 2 cylinders at 112.5mph you need to play with the clocks. Although I doubt it's restricted that way either.

Not that I've heard of. Take it out for a blast then you'll find out!

I've not heard of import 'blades being restricted. Is 100bhp not enough!

Hi

Not sure about the Fireblade, but some of the more modern French market bikes are quite difficult to derestrict.

In France there is a 100hp limit. Doesn't matter if it is a Fireblade that is only a bit over 100hp, or a 'busa which is well over it. In France they are limited to 100hp.

Swiss market stuff is even worse. Not so much restricted, just that the noise and emission rules are so strict they are way down on power.

All the best

Keith
