How many lessons did you need?

How much are lessons?

I am thinking about doing my full bike test as soon as i can after i turn 17.

Do I need to do it on my own bike?

Cheers

Kev

No, you generally do it on the riding school's own bike.

If you want to do it as soon as you turn 17, your best bet would be to take an intensive course, that way you could be riding a 33bhp bike within a week.

You can use your own bike, however it's just a little easier to use the schools bike (although they do charge you for this), although that's probably for the DAS people.

Lessons say 9.30am-4pm (45 minutes lunch and avoids traffic) are about £100-£130 your milage may vary depending on school

Even if you have your own bike don't use it , use a school bike which is typically included in the cost per day lesson , why you may ask? , because they are theirs ,

ie you drop it , you don't have to fix it , towards this end they usually have features such as engine bars fat bar ends etc , or if the bike has trouble they fix it not you.

I dropped the school's GS500E quite a few times , though be wary those bikes are jinxed ,
