Tracking a thread

Like topic says can you track a thread on this site without having to search for the title of it? I'm new to the site but had a quick browse and cudn't see any option that let you!

Bottom of the page, on the left, it says "Watch this topic for replies".

Then, from the main index page, under the "Upcoming events" section (top right) you have the option "Watched topics".
