dropping revs ! help !

my bike has started to drop revs while it goes over bumps, and if this happens while i have the trottle back it starts choughing and spluttering and gerks like hell. ive spoken to a few people about this problem and they think its the carbs but i dont wanna spend 90 quid to find out its not but thinking that it does seem to be running rough and idle does go a little up and down . what do you guys think it could be

drain the float bowls and reprime to check it aint water in the carbs as this can mess with your bikes running.

could be shit in your float bowls that moves when you hit bumps? give the draining a try.

problem solved took the tank off + air filter and sprayed some carb cleaner in job done cheers for the help guys

bloody thing all was fine for a week now its started to do it again
