I have just taken out the inlet restrictor and when i have come to put it back together there are three tubes from the carb i dont know where they go if you stand at the back of the bike there is one tube on the left on top of the carb and one on the right on top as well and one from the bottom. I know one goes to the pertol tank but where the others go i have not got a clue.

The one on the bottom is the float chamber overflow. The one on the side will probably be something to do with the choke mechanism, and the one on top for the fuel. This is based on a Mikuni carb though, if its a different carb it could be different.

Right there is the cable for the choke on the top of the carb one for the throttle and then just on the sides there are two black rubber tubes one on left one on right. then there is a plastic tube that come from underneath the carb dont know where any of them go. is there quite a big tube that is attached to the air box also.

Thanks

send a pic so we can have a look

the one from the airbox will attach to a breather on the engine.

One tube will go onto the fuel taps fuel outlet, and likely is the other tube is for the vacuum tap vacum bit, and the last is the overflow.

What bike?

Highly likely to be vacuum(side, small), fuel(side, large), and overflow (bottom).

Thumbs Up
