I bought a 98 S reg Hornet, no service history, no owners manual, jsut the V5. New clocks (read only 1k but is apparently about 19k when it was binned), new tank, scuffs....

£1400

That probably helps you not.

I'd say about £1800 personally.

I'd also think about removing the restriction kit from your description. Infact, remove it from the bike and jsut send it to me. Yeah. That'd work....Smile

I think £1800 sounds about right. Got my 2002 with 5k for £2750 a couple of months ago.

Hornets seem to keep their value brilliantly well, even quite high milage ones going for a fair bit. Instigator got a good find, and hes going to sell it to me when I have the money. Shifty

Only joking 'Stiggy. Wink

Well, after all, it does only have 1240 miles on the clocks...so it must be worth loads....
