I was on my way to a mates flat today when i stopped at a set of lights.

A RS125 pulled up next to me and started Reving the tits off his bike. So i thought fine ill have to show this bloke up as I know my NSR eats most RS's off the lights.

So the lights go green and we both fly off the light and i pull away with ease.

Then i hear "BANG" looked in my left mirror to see the guy on the side of the road.

I parked my bike on the side of the road and walked up to him to see if everything was alright. I walked up to him and said whats happened to your bike?

he then tried turning his bike over and it didnt do anything. I later found out the reason i beat him off the lights was due to him having no power valve.

He had only had the bike for 3 weeks and done 500miles on it since he had it. Its a 2000 model i think.

I didnt know you could buy RS's without power valves.

Hope he gets his bike sorted out and it doesnt cost him much. We couldnt get the bike out of gear and the back wheel was locked up. also it didnt matter if we pulled in the clach.

dont feel bad mate , he wanted to race, not your fought that aprilia's blow up! Very Happy

EDIT: yeah aprilia come with disconnected PV because of restriction, someone prob took it out before or when they sold it to him.

I think so towards me, because i am annoyed with the people who write down there sneaky little comments about people with spelling and grammar issues. I admit im pretty shit at spelling. But i don't need people to tell me what i already know! if you dont like the post that people write just ignore it. I have spell checked a number of people's post's in here and i have found a few spelling mistakes which the people that comment on the like's of me a dransey don't but an eye lid.
