Does it have to be leather jay?
My wife goes pillion with me and doesn't ride. She says that she prefers something a little more practical that leathers, something that she can get off the bike and feel more comfortable and less cumbersome in.
Ultimately she went for some Hein Gericke textile gear which (she says) are more practical for her requirements. They're cooler and more managable than leathers once off the bike apparantly.

Whether she's riding herself, or just going pillion it's the safety issue you have to look at here! If you have an accident you're BOTH in the schtum - not just the rider (some faux leather, jeans and high-heel wearing pillions seem to forget this!)!
I got my Riossi leathers for £199 in a sale - it's worth looking around to see if there are any sales going on!
You could try www.biker-babe.co.uk - their stuff is just for women (but maybe a bit pricey). ____________________ One post Gordons - just here to sell. |

My other half wears a two piece from Hiene Gerricke.
They stock a full range of ladies leathers. We both have textile and leather bike clothes but dont wear the textile stuff much if ever.
It just doesnt stand up in a slide like leather does.
I prefer her to wear leather because its a bit more peace of mind for me should the worst happen. Plus I like her in tight leather |

I just replaced my Teknic stuff that I wrote off in my accident with more Teknic stuff.
(Hell, it saved my bacon once, I'm happy to give it a second shot!)

also seems to sort out helmet hair as well
On topic, I'd recommend Hein Gericke. They do do different stuff for women that seems to be cut right. They also appear to cater for those that aren't size 8 anorexic supermodels as well ____________________ ...and the whirlwind is in the thorn trees, it's hard for thee to kick against the pricks...
