Woke up late this morning, in the rush to get ready for work i forgot to put my waterproofs in my bag.
Had them in there for ages and not used them, now today it decides to really throw it down!!
Fortune once again pisses on my chips.

Yup !!

I work in a leisure centre...
ran out of the door in the sunshine in my trakky bottoms, polo shirt and summer bike jacket with trainers.

Came home dripping like I had come out of a washing machine, shivering with cold, and very sad Sad

Ha..my own stupid fault.

Tomorrow...waterproofs are already on the sofa now Wink

The roads on the way home were very treacherous..not nice to ride at all. My tyres went twice on the stupid square metal things they see fit to put across the road at junctions. I tell you...they are like manhole covers but a twentieth of the size !! Very slippy indeed Shocked

Leaving the industrial estate where i work this afternoon, i was faced with the choice of manhole cover or diesel slick.
I've had more grip on an ice rink!
