Photo shop and image changing for ZXR!!!

Hi, basically im looking at changing my bike to customise it abit, ive got at minium 4 months till i can take my DAS and ride it so basically im stripping it and tidying it up. The body work is in good condition but im not really a fan of purple. So far im selling the purple screen, and i have brought a race seat unit to add to the bike.

Just wanted to ask if you lot know of any good photo editing programs that are also free? and does anyone have any ideas for the bikes scheme?
