/Long post alert

in short get paid for your troubles!

well today i have been confined to a car as i went on site around the cambridge area, job done so set of back to brighton, just get onto a main road and spot an RS parked up on the roadside with the owner in a spot of bother, pull up and turns out the spark plug has been fired out of the cylinder, we deduced in had come lose by the vibrations as there was still thread in the cylinder head, hes stuffed as he has not got any tools. well i have an adjustable in the car, tightens it up and the bike starts! so off i go being happy.

Get past dartford onto the M25 and find another biker paddling the hard shouder in the distance, pull up and find he has run out of petrol a few miles short of clacket lane services, so i figure ah feck it its company time and petrol so offer him a lift to the services and back to his bike. it turns out he is on his way to croydon to trade in his bike and get his new one, good fella he was to, so he gets the petrol and we swing round the M25 a junction up to get back to his bike. in goes the petrol, bike starts. jobs a good un, so we roll a fag each stand there smoking.

whilst we are doing that directly opposite in the opposing fast line of the M25 some fool rear ends another car, i guess tail gating and looking at us, they get off to the hard shoulder safe and sound thankfully. i felt bad about it at first but it was the guys own fault to being to close to the guy infront, lucky no one was seriously hurt

anyway bike is purring nicely so we say goodbye as we do he hands me the jerry can and tenner for my troubles! top bloke hope he enjoys his new bike Thumbs Up

it does pay to be nice! Karma

Good on yer mate! Thumbs Up

The Mrs thought I was weird, stopping for every biker in need. Karma works, cos I ran out of fuel once, and a nice bloke in a Clio gave us a lift home (where I had some spare fuel!)
