honda nsr problem

I have nsr125R 1998 made in Italy,Swiss import,i drove it 150 km/h with original regina chain and br10es ngk plug,one week ago i bought JT sprockets with DID chain Z14,Z36 and br10EIX iridium NGK,i have driven bike only 130 km/h in 5th gear i was at 10500 rev and it couldnt go in red field (is this have something with ngk or what?)unbelivable.Is it possible to have restriction in the exhaust?I have checked UK restrictor it isnt there and i checked france restrictor with wire and it's not,also i want to ask is there possibility that i have restricted RC valve control unit?I have checked CDI unit wires and they are like UK.
