Teflon coated fabric:- Waterproof, Lightweight, Tough, Comfortable and Durable.

Velcro/Zip/Button Fastening.

Adjustable velcro straps on cuffs, arms, waist and neck for comfort.

There are no measurements given on the jacket but I am a 42/44 inch chest and it is comfortably loose on me so I guess anything up to 46 inch or so will fit fine.
