got a dead battery 3 cells dead but the ped wont kick over with no battery it use to any ideas?

Then again, can you bump start a moped? Never driven one, not sure if they have a clutch or not.

They have a clutch, but you'll be hard pushed to get it to engage as it is centrifugal as far as I am aware. All those rollers and weights and gubbins which I've never looked at.

If your battery is permanently dead, just get a new one. I've seen several mopeds which will kick start without batteries installed at all, so I don't see why yours shouldn't.
