ok guys, i'm getting my bros sorted for 1st August when the insurance renewal is up, i need know a few things,

1. Anyone know what tax will be for it ( Bros 400)

2. Any insurance recommendations? 20, 4 years no claims, will be ringing round but if anyone has a particular number/company?

3.how do you adjust the chain? Its a single side swingarm and i can't see anywhere to adjust it should i need to

4. i wouldn't mind fitting a rethal on it, but atm there are clip on, is there a bracket or a way to change it so i can have other handlebars on?

If anyone can help with these, be much appreciated

Quik

Insurance company KGM, try the brokers called ‘Direct choice’ (search on net)

Think there will be a tool for it, loosen the one side and turn the big coggy thingy a bit to the righty.

You can get a top yoke which fits on te top of the forks that will allow you to stick on a set of Renthal bars.

Check out Demon Tweeks or other such suppliers.

Reckon you'll be looking at couple hundred quid anyway.

Lube the chain when you adjust it. More if you want to. Just don't let it too dry and it'll be fine. If you live in a sandy/dusty area it'll need doing a lot.

But don't listen to me. My chain is f*cked.

does that spray on lube just catch dirt then it gets all in the joints and screws up the chain? Least that what dads always told me, i soak it or run oil through it every so often.

I haven't lubed my chain since I've been riding my bike. So its been buzzing around for 11 months without being lubed once. Surprised
