Helmet in the fridge - oh it feels soooo goood! For about five minutes.
But my beer gets warm.

What are the merits here? It's too hot to think.

Depends on how warm the day is. If its an extremely hot day i'd rather have a cold beer, plus if its a hot day, it will get very boggin. But if your going to be needing your helmet you shouldent need a cold frosty beer. Dont drink and drive people Thumbs Up

It should be down to a bit of planning.
Step 1: take beer out of fridge
Step 2: put helmet in fridge
Step 3: wait until helmet cool
Step 4: take helmet out of fridge and replace with beer
Step 5: go for ride on bike wearing cool helmet Confused
Step 6: return home take cold beer from fridge
Step 7: put helmet in fridge
Step 8: drink the cold beer

Should add step 5A is to make sure you buy more (warm) beer while you're out so you can repeat the process.

HTH Thumbs Up

Completely barking up wrong tree I think.
A fridge should run somewhere between 0C and 5C.
Come the winter some folk still ride and in sub zero ambient temperatures aswell.

At worst putting a lid in the fridge will make the refrigeration pump work harder.

Buy a beer fridge that way you can put all your kit in the 'big' fridge. If you have a mini moto put that in too.

Although why you would want to put a mini moto in the fridge is beyond me. /Shrugs
