Is there such thing as a black visor that is completely transparent from the inside. I.e. you can use it at night too without reducing visibility? I know you can get car windows tinted so that it's completely one way. Just wondering if they do visors the same.

I've never heard of tininted glass or plastic that allows a totally clear view from the insite - infact its impossible! For it to be black, it must absorb light, therefore not all light will pass through. Mirrored visors reflect a percentage of light, so they too can never be totally clear one way.

Don't know the science of it. But some of the cabs I was in last time I went to the states were completely blacked out windows. When I got into the cab, then you couldn't tell that the windows were tinted at all. Was like being in a normal car.
