33 HP question!

when you pass your test do you have to be restricted to 33hp? At any age, even over 25's?????

If you pass the A2 test, yes. You are restricted to 33bhp for two years. You can do this at any age over 17.

If you pass DAS, no. You have no restrictions. You have to be over 21 to do this though.

But you dont have to keep your bike restricted...so I have been told.
