Hi

I've recently been looking for a 400 sports bike on e-Bay and came across this VFR400 NC30. I then saw the picture of the black box which clearly says not for road use. What does this black box do exactly? Why aren't they allowed for road use? Would you be in trouble if you mot'd the bike with this on? Isn't rather stupid to show pictures of this on e-Bay if say a policeman saw it?

p.s I hope the owner of this bike doesn't use this forum and doesn't get in trouble. Wink

the black box takes the rev restricition off the bike as the japs have to have there bikes restricted to 180km per hour. the writing just indicates that. so no need to worry everyones got 1, law doesnt affect this country dont forget these bikes are imports .
